Discover new musical events this Jazz Appreciation Month and listen to the best Jazz Vancouver has to offer! Also referred to as "JAM", April is a month-long celebration declared by the National Museum of American History in 2001 created to honour and rejoice in the remarkable legacy and narrative of the Black American art form known as “jazz”.
The Vancouver Chinese Music Ensemble is excited to participate in Jazz Appreciation Month 2024 by showcasing upcoming concerts that exemplify the fusion of musical genres. We believe that music has the power to bridge cultures, and we are proud to feature fearless fusion musicians who celebrate their cultural richness through the lens of jazz. These concerts promise to be a delightful experience for both enthusiasts and curious listeners.
